Potato Salad Ingredients

Cashew Cream Mayo

raw cashews

Instructions

Blend Cashew Cream Mayo
Add the cashews, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, and water to a blender and blend until smooth.

Add mayo to potato salad ingredients
Mix the mayo with the rest of the potato salad ingredients.
