Description

Delicious, summer favourite way to get your greens in!

Ingredients
  • 1 large sweet potato, cubed
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp liquid aminos
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder (or two cloves of garlic, diced)
  • 3 drops liquid smoke
  • 1 cup black beans, cooked
  • 1 bunch kale, sliced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (also known as "nooch")
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
Instructions
  1. Bake potato

    Bake the diced potato at 385 F for 30 minutes.

  2. Stir-Fry

    Add all of the ingredients except the potato, nutritional yeast, and sunflower seeds to a wok and stir fry until the kale is wilted.

  3. Garnish

    Stir in the potato, nutritional yeast, and sunflower seeds.
