Saute onion, garlic, mushrooms, and cooking wine for 10 minutes until mushrooms are soft. Add arborio rice and 1 cup warmed broth, mix, and simmer for a few minutes. When the broth is absorbed, add another cup of warm broth. Continue until all broth is absorbed. Add basil at the end and let it wilt. Season to taste. Enjoy!
