  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup white cooking wine
  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup chopped basil (the Thai basil variety is the best)
